How it works

So here's in short how the A-Vision Job tracking system works.

  1. Create a new job card.
    Fill in / select customer and details (including the customer PO number). The date will automatically be filled in with the current date.

  2. Save and Print job card.
    A to be define A4 job card will be printed out on pre-perforated paper.

  3. Assign plumber/electrician to job card.
    Once a plumber/electrician has taken the job card the name (or initials) can be entered / selected on the job card. An automatic date stamp will be done on this assignment.

  4. Assign invoice to job card.
    Once the whole job card is completed an invoice will be created using MyOB (or any other accounting software) resulting in an invoice number. This number has to be entered into the job card to establish the link. Again an automatic date stamp will be done on this assignment.

  5. Attach (scanned job card) documents to the job card.
    After scanning all documents for a job card these documents can be added to the job card. Automatic attaching is possible depending on the scanned document naming. Any attached job card related document can be opened from within the job card.
